Alaska Trophy Fishing started with two Alaskan fishing guides that were never content working with limitations. Southeast Alaska fulfills this with an extremely diversified fishing program. In May, the first spawning king salmon arrive, which is followed by massive numbers of chum, pink, sockeye, silver and feeder king salmon. In June, Juneau's generous catch limits include four king salmon a person per day, with no annual limit! The bottom fishing is also excellent throughout the summer with an abundant population of halibut and rockfish.

However, for people with more time on their hands our Salmon, halibut and rockfish fishing trips are a favorite among our repeat guests. These trips are available in 4 hour, 6 hour, and a full 8 hour day, which can include BEAR, WHALE AND OTHER WILDLIFE VIEWING . Custom rates are available, which will include lodging at a comfortable bed and breakfast. Use our FISHING CALENDAR to help determine your optimal time to come fishing.

Full Day Salmon Fishing (8 hours) = $319

Bears, Whales and Glacier Adventure (5.5 hours) = $429
(Cruiseship passengers please allow one additional hour of travel time.)
Rates include: Beverages, Food (Lunch on Full Day, and Snacks on 1/2 Day), Cleaning of Fish, Rain Gear, and Excellent Tackle. Rates do not include the following: Vacuum Packing, Airfare, Fishing License, King Salmon Stamp, 5% Juneau Sales Tax, Alcohol, and Tips/Gratuities.
